Shipping & Returns
All items are hand packaged with much care by me, myself and I. Please allow 5 (five) business days (Monday - Friday) for me to get things together, package it and out to you.
I am unable to cancel or change information on shipped orders, but if you have made a mistake with your order, email me firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate you.
I recycle and re-use many things, so if your box doesn't say RED&LEE on it, but lets say some other possible huge pet brand box, it's because I am trying to do my part in re-using and recycling. Oh... and I will neatly put as many things in one box as possible.
I SHIP DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY
Rates are determined at checkout and are based on package weight and delivery location. Unless noted otherwise, all packages will be shipped via USPS Ground, Parcel or Priority.
All domestic orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of order placement, weekends and holidays excluded. Depending where you live in the US, you will get your package within 1-5 days from the date it was shipped.
There may be a slight delay in shipping if I am away from the store.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot reimburse orders that were delivered to the wrong address by the post office or stolen from a private property. Please make sure you have your package sent to a secure address. Thank you for understanding. If you have a package that was marked as delivered but was not received, please contact your local post office.
If your package says delivered but you didn't receive anything, we suggest first checking with your mail person or possibly a neighbor to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house/apartment. If the package is not found and if you chose the Priority mail option, you need to contact USPS to file an insurance claim on USPS.com. Please note RED&LEE VINTAGE is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. We do not cover loss of packages presumed to be stolen. For any postal issues, you must contact USPS to file a claim.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
All items are carefully curated, but they are vintage and second, pre-loved finds. There will be natural wear, tear, discoloration, and a pre-loved lived vibe. We will always do our best to mention any flaws and photograph any sign of age and wear, but we are human and we may miss something. We accept no responsibility for small imperfections, stains, or tears; and we do our best to catch those imperfections prior to selling them.
All vintage, secondhand, and home goods items are final sale and we do not accept returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. Selling vintage, secondhand, clothing, accessories, and housewares online is a passion, we spend tons of time photographing the pieces to look as real to life as they are, providing as much detailed measurements time allows, but customers so need to check and compare with their own sizing and needs.If you have a specific question about fit/sizing/etc, please email REDANDLEESHOP@gmail.com us at before buying so we can assist you.
